Open Office Astoria is a flexible, shared office space that provides an inspiring, co-working, and collaborative environment for local and traveling professionals.

Located where the mighty Columbia River meets the Pacific Ocean just east of the Astoria-Megler Bridge, our space offers open floor plans with a throwback, Industrial aesthetic that provides a productive space for creatives, start-ups, and collaborators. If you're a local looking to get out of your home office a few hours a week, a traveling professional seeing the sights, or looking for a longer-term office rental for a small business, we provide a flexible work environment for you to create your best work.

The Space

Perched above the Columbia river sit eight offices, a conference room, areas to lounge, a deck and shared amenities.

All options includes unlimited use of common spaces, and priority access for meeting space.
Desks and chairs in every office, and great WiFi service throughout the space.
Plenty of open space for getting to know your neighbors and their inspirations.
A kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, utensils, and coffee station.
Single day and weekly rates are available for desks, offices, and conference room.
Due to our open floor plan and full-height windows throughout the space, Open Office may not be ideal if you require absolute privacy for activities such as telehealth meetings, legal and/or financial discussions, etc.

Dog Friendly!

Take advantage of our dog-friendly offices while overlooking the Columbia River and sipping your morning coffee. Hi-speed wifi is available to all tenants, as well as complimentary coffee, tea, cream, and sugar. We have a microwave and a small refrigerator where you can store your lunch.

If you need to stretch your legs, historic downtown Astoria boasts many attractions such as boutiques, art galleries, breweries, cafes, museums, and the River Walk which spans the whole length of Astoria. In addition to Open Office, the Pier 12 Building is host to several other popular businesses, including an excellent cafe, two fantastic restaurants, a skateboard shop, and a salon + spa.

OUR workspaces

Open Office has a shared area with sit-stand desks, tables, and cozy chairs available for daily or weekly access. We also offer a monthly “floater” plan giving you 24/7 access to our shared area.

We also have private workrooms and a conference room which can be rented by the day or hour.

A new private office in the Pier 12 Building has become available for long-term rental.

Open Desk Day Pass - $35/day, $140 for 5 consecutive days, or $400/month

Perfect for when you don’t need a private office but want to work on a project or be around other people co-working. All our desks in the shared area are sit-stand desks, and have stunning views of the Columbia river!

Dedicated Workroom - $75-$100/day, $300-$400 for 5 consecutive days

Our private workrooms all large windows overlooking the Columbia River, a small heater, and two to four desks.

1–2 people: $75/day, $300/week
3–4 people: $100/day, $400/week

Conference Room - $20/hour, $120/day

A glass encased "think tank" room with an eight-person conference table and ROKU TV, providing a productive space for up to 8 team members to discuss the important details of their projects.

Special reduced rates for Open Office members and Pier 12 Building tenants.

We are located upstairs in the Pier 12 Building, and you are welcome to use the Pier 12 parking lot. To get there, please approach from 11th street, as the road running along the River Walk is one way heading east.
